This unit is located in the backyard of our main house on just under 0.4 acres with tons of vegetation for privacy, and a dedicated walking path back to the unit from the driveway. Unit comes with 1 dedicated parking spot on the property. Utilities included in rent. Renter to carry renter's insurance and provide proof prior to move-in. If interested renter is applying with a guardian or other persons that will be paying rent that is not the proposed tenant, you must apply together under the same application.
