The 1st floor features 1 bedroom, the 2nd floor includes a living room and a half bathroom, and the 3rd floor houses 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The community is gated, safe, and secure. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent.
