The gated community ensures safety and security. Parking is convenient with a two-car garage and street parking available. For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon request. The shared outdoor pool is accessible from 8am to 10pm. Located in the heart of Mid City, you'll be close to some of the best walkable bars and restaurants and across from Lafitte Greenway, a 2.6-mile bicycle and pedestrian trail and green corridor connecting neighborhoods from Armstrong Park to City Park. Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. The townhouse is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to one of the Mardi Gras routes. The townhouse has a maximum occupancy limit, and gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators of the occupancy limit may be charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Guests must climb stairs to access the townhouse. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
