House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Renters who exceed the maximum occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed, and violation of this policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Gatherings of more than 16 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the partner before booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the partner's approval before booking.
