It's a upper-level unit that has a lot of old world charm. It has 1 large bedroom that can fit a king size bed, a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, and bathroom. It also comes with one parking spot. The entire unit has been freshly painted and all of the flooring is new. New appliances (washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove) are included in the rent. Also, new light fixtures, kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops were installed. The rent that I am asking for is $1,200 or $1,125 without parking. The rent includes water and sewage. I do not pay for heat or electricity.

Cudahy is a suburban city located seven miles down the shore from Downtown Milwaukee, adjacent to General Mitchell International Airport. The city is known as the home of the Patrick Cudahy food company, with its main facility right in the center of town. Primarily a residential community, Cudahy is filled with apartments, condos, and houses of every description, typically at very affordable rates.
Packard Avenue serves as the busiest commercial corridor in the city, lined with locally-owned restaurants and neighborhood bars within walking distance for most residents.
