An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Please note that no street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. The fireplace is wood-burning, and guests are asked to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Pet cleaning fees may apply, and pets should be discussed in advance.
