Adorable/Sweet: "Spacious, Cozy, Sleek, Condo with Hardwood Floors in Kitchen, Large Windows, Beautiful patio space, nice "mini" garden..." Specs of the Condo: This is a two-bedroom 1½ bath 2 floor condo with a nice back porch in a beautiful safe friendly neighborhood. Monthly Rent: $1,325.00 Amount of Security Deposit Required: $1,725.50 Date Apartment Is Available: This condo is available July 20th - 21st, 2022 - Length of Lease: 12-month lease available - but can work with you on this if you are a graduate student at the U of M. No less than 6 months lease. Property Location: This beautiful Condo is located in Saline; 10 mins. away from downtown Ann Arbor and 5 mins away from Briarwood. Utilities: Utilities are not included. Please take note: that this usual comes out to $50 a month at most depending on how much you use the air or heat. Property Amenities: Big closets, stainless steel appliances, state of the art refrigerator & oven/stove, eat-in kitchen, microwave, several TV's, furnished with nice wooden cabinets, cozy new patio furniture, outdoor brand-new slick silver BBQ and much more. Screening Process: In this day and age, it must be done. I will run a background check on all prospective tenants such as a credit check & a criminal check. Building Specifics: There is a beautiful, cozy pool that is open in the summer - Nice trails to go for a run or walk nearby, a park in the back of the village where the condo is located. Parking: One space of covered parking, plenty of quest spots. Important you know - I was deployed and got the place ready for rental in the time allotted, which was during my leave time, which was 48hours only. Please take note - 3 very small cabinets are locked in the kitchen, (barely noticeable) the basement is not available at this time. It was incredible painful to even pack up items in all the rooms, spaces, closets and clean up the rooms available due to the sudden loss of a loved one and the most important person in my life. It is very cozy, comfortable and a great neighbor as well. Grocery store along with many shops, restaurants, etc. are only 2 blocks away. There is a really nice pool available to you in the summer months. Also: the price is very very good as well. I research and most of the places for rent in the condo complex are going for over $1,800.00. I also need a person to be reliable, clean, drug free, have no parties, honorable whom has a high sense of honor and integrity. I have zero tolerance for liars, dishonesty, thieves, and lack of comprehension of the community and/or culture around them. The neighborhood has wonderful, GREAT people living there and the peace must be remained. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
