Located minutes from Millcreek Canyon, this home offers quick access to downtown Salt Lake City, the University of Utah, and several ski resorts. It's 3 miles to Millcreek Canyon, 3.8 miles to Neffs Canyon, 14 minutes to downtown SLC, 17 minutes to Salt Lake International Airport, and 30 to 37 minutes to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton ski resorts. A short walk will take you to groceries, restaurants, and a local library with a playground. A quick drive will take you to trailheads and canyon hikes. Public transportation is available but limited. This is the upstairs unit of a home, and a long-term tenant lives below with a separate entrance. Cooling is via portable units in the summer, and central heating is available in winter. The home has vintage finishes and quirks typical of its age. The backyard is shared with a long-term basement tenant, and you may see their personal items set-up. No smoking or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property, and any violation of this rule will result in a minimum $500 fee and may lead to immediate removal without a refund. No pets are allowed.
