Rent by the semester rather than committing to an entire year for a dorm or apartment! One payment at the beginning of the semester - then no more bills! Parking is included! Additional details follow. 1. The unfurnished rooms are located in Sigma Nu Fraternity, 340 N Burrowes Road, directly across from Waring Commons & Hamilton Hall. 2. Rates For Full Spring 18 Semester: The rent for a single unfurnished room is $2,500.00. Will pro rate rent for spring 18. The rent covers the entire semester and must be paid in advance along with a security deposit of $500. Of this amount, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required at the time you sign the contract to guarantee the room. Parking is included in the rent. 3. Spring 18: January 6 – May 6, 2018 Summer 2018: Closed 2018 – 2019 Dates: Not renting at this time 4. All utilities are included (including SD cable TV) except telephone. Internet service is provided via wireless internet. 5. Our kitchen is open for cooking individual meals. Cleanliness is enforced. In-room cooking is limited to a microwave. Toaster ovens and other cooking appliances are prohibited. Small refrigerators are permitted. Some residents have chosen to purchase a meal plan from the University because of the proximity of Waring Commons. 6. Bathrooms have a large common shower, four sink vanity, two urinals & three toilet stalls. 7. No smoking. 8. No pets. 9. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the basement of the house at a rate/load lower than commercial sources.
