This is a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Unit 1 has 1.5bath. Both units 1 and 2 has large living room that can be converted to another bedroom. Heat, water and sewer is included. Coin operated washer/dryer in the basement. Rental is $1540/month. Initial deposit and security deposit is required. No pets allowed. Public street parking. Off street parking available at additional cost. Due to too many interest I am not doing private tour at this point of time. There will be an open house on 8/20 12-1pm for people to come see the apartment themselves.
