About This Property

I will pay your application up to two adults, lease transfer fee, there should already be the fees paid for 3 animals. The lease will end 11/23, and it will be transferred as is with the security deposit already paid as well. A beautiful, 3yr old town house in east Aurora in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to 225, walking distance to two grocery stores, dog parks, and general recreation with the Aurora Rec Center 5 mins away. I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease until November 2023. This unit is located toward the back in a quiet area, can’t hear neighbors, two car garage and easy access to the pool area. Large master with wall in closet, large bathroom with access only from the master bedroom. Other bedroom has a private bath as well inside the room. Laundry unit is up stairs as well. Open concept living downstairs with high ceilings.
