Good place to live

Great old building, from the 1920's, even with an almost rickety elevator with a gate. Friendly and helpful manager, lots of restaurants and other amenities in the neighborhood, and within walking distance to the train and several bus lines. The only drawback is that there's only street parking, which can be hard to come by.

The Superba

I love my apartment. I have lived here for over 6 years. It is a charming older building with an attentive manager on site. Classic 1930s architecture and thick walls. The neighborhood is very busy and there is no parking in the building, so be prepared to pay for a space in structure down the street if you have a car. Lots of stores, Koreatown hangouts and metro train are in walking distance and for central LA it's a pretty safe neighborhood. Great value for a studio. Pets are welcome here too!
