Water bugs, noise, management that doesnt care
The laundry down stairs breaks all time and is expensive. When you have an issue with your apartment, they will never resolve it, literally just ignoring you. Constant construction in the building, all I hear everyday all day are power tools. Water bugs (German roaches) in the basement and occasionally units. I HATE living here and am counting down the days until my lease ends. It’s a shame too because the units really are renovated well.
