About This Property

This is a fantastic 1,500 square foot, porch front home on the 3300 block of E. Thompson Street in Poppin’ Port Richmond. This home home has a new HVAC system, ceiling fans in every room, new stainless appliances, granite counter tops and tons of storage space not only in the kitchen but throughout the home. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located behind bifold doors in the kitchen. There is a half bath located off the living room and a large coat closet with additional storage above it. The cellar walls were freshly painted and ceilings are about 7’ high so there is plenty of clearance to be able to use this space. The second floor has three bedrooms, 2 of which are very spacious with large closets. The bathroom is all new with custom subway tile shower, new vanity and linen closet. There is an additional closet in the hallway outside the bathroom. There is a small concrete yard and a garage that is available for an additional fee. There is a $50 credit check fee per applicant and we require $1,600 security deposit and the first month’s rent to move in.
