All of the bedrooms offer ample space for you and all your belongings. Downstairs has a second living area as well as the washer and dryer hookups. Enjoy the large backyard from the deck off of the dining room. The home also has a 2 car attached garage. All utilities, trash, lawn care and snow removal are separately metered and the tenants responsibility. Washer and dryer hookups are available. Small dogs may be considered for an additional $50 monthly fee and pet deposit. Size, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. Sorry no cats.
