The management team in the leasing office is horrible. Highly unprofessional. It cost me to pay $400 dollar for the date after I checked out purely because the staff made a mistake in the leasing document. Very unhelpful, unreasonable staff. They also charge you for more than you are responsible for and try not to give you the deposit back. Avoid this place.

1. The office stopped answering any payment or property or noise questions since I renewed my last lease, but focused their effort more on attracting new tenants to fill in the empty space. Not feeling like the existing customer 2. Many other inherent quality issue that you wouldn't know 3. Slow response to your maintenance issue no matter how urgent it is.
if you do not want to be woken up every morning by loud construction around the building do not move here. Construction around the building is so loud your whole apartment shakes. The floor, the stove, your furniture shakes!! From early early morning till 5pm! Landlord does not offer an end date but since a few more buildings are going up is will not end anytime soon. Landlord also does not care and will not offer reductions for noise. If you do not want to play hopscotch over dog pop which is all around the building and courtyard do not move here. If you don’t want to deal with extremely rude staff, do not love here! Lastly the walls are sooo thin you can hear whenever someone showers or flushes the toilet. I can literally hear my neighbors telephone ring. Don’t do it to yourself you’ll just be moving out in 6 months probably to Urby ! All of the comments about over charging is true! They will find something to charge you for! Overall do not move here !! I’m leaving as soon as i possibly can !
