Please do not disturb the current tenants. Applicant Minimum Requirements: Total verifiable monthly household income must be two times rent. All adults intending on residing in the house must submit their own application. At least one adult resident must have a credit score of at least 650 and no debts in collections. Any resident with a credit score below 600 will not be considered for the household income. No felony or persons crimes convictions for any applicant. No misdemeanor convictions in the past 10 years for any applicant. Positive recommendation from all previous landlords. This property is a non-smoking property, which includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Up to two pets no more than 40 pounds each, current with rabies shots, licensing, and spayed/neutered will be considered for an additional $500 deposit per pet.
