Awful

New management companies constantly. Don't plow lot when they say they will or monitor parking permits. Theft and vandalism often.

Worst Company to rent from

I've rented from alot of apartments, but this company is THE WORST to rent from! Not helpful from the start- if you are renting say from September to August (usual for the neighborhood), you will not be able to move in until Sept 5 and have to move out Aug 24- notice the extra weeks you'll be homeless basically, and they expect you to pay full rent amounts for those months. Also, when I moved in Sept 5, there was new carpet (yay!), but not painted walls (yellowish tint!)-walls that looked like either a smoker had lived there, or not painted in 10 years! Requested they come paint ASAP which they did, but talk about inconvenience for me pushing all my stuff to the middle of the room and not being able to settle in right away! You had the whole couple weeks before I moved in to get the apartment ready for the new tenant (me) and they didn't. They don't take care of their apartments, allow loud upstairs tenants to continue to be loud, and will not give you a full security deposit back!! They also spelt my name wrong on my letter with my security deposit check (and no explanation for why I'm getting $200 less)- I left my apartment cleaner than when I moved in too. So many other reasons, a year was too long to rent from them!
