It has dual upper and lower wrap-around porches and two extra great rooms for entertaining. There is a large front and side yard for relaxing in the sunshine. There is an 1100 sq ft unfinished basement for storage and an oversized 2-car garage that is set up for an electric charging station. The location is ideal: 3 blocks from Sloans Lake and right across from Hallack Park with two playgrounds and lots of green open space that is great for dogs or pickup football games. Easy walk or bike to downtown and all the Denver has to offier. The home is available on July 1st with a possible earlier move in for pending some renovations that are expected to wrap up soon.
