All 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor plus a bonus room on 3rd story. Spacious upper level full bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Unfinished basement with laundry and storage space. Enjoy the deck, firepit and low maintenance yard! Close to the Lakes and Uptown. Available immediately with 9 month lease term (ending July 2022). Tenant pays all utilities (water/sewer, trash, gas, electric) and responsible for snow removal/lawn care. Cats allowed, up to 3 total with $300 refundable pet deposit. Every pet/animal must go through professional screening process and apply. The fee is $20 for screening paid directly to the 3rd party screening vendor & $20/pet app fee paid at time of move in. Section 8 approved. Info deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Renters insurance required.
