Property Id: 1501371 Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home in the heart of the Museum District! Open-concept downstairs living with half bath on the first floor. Three bedrooms are located upstairs. One king bed, one queen bed & one twin bed. Each room has their own closet and dresser. A full bathroom & laundry are also located on the second floor. Fully fenced backyard with one off-street parking spot. Street parking is free & first come, first serve. Walking distance to VMFA & Carytown! The ideal tenant will stay for 6 months. 3 month minimum is required and willing to do monthly after that with a maximum of 7 months from August 1. Verizon Fios Internet is included. Will keep all other city utilities in my name and send the tenant a copy of the monthly bill to be paid by the tenant. Application fee of $45 for background screening & credit check.
