Looking for someone(s) take apartment as of Nov-1st, 2018. It is a lease take-over with option to renew. Lease is "as is" but any damage has been fixed. Apartment will be cleaned before you move in. Current tenants are willing pay half of November's rent before move in if finalized by October 26th, 2018. Rent is $1475 per month or about $492 when split between 3+ roommates. Lease ends July 15th, 2019 with July's rent fully paid as well if lease is not renewed. Rent includes heat, electric, parking, water, sewer and refuse (all except internet). Coin operated laundry facility is in the building. Free storage space for the apartment! Pets permitted! There are 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths w/ balcony off of the dining area. There are bike racks and a dog park next to our building, along with a beautiful trail, and plenty of shops and grocery stores within a mile drive/walk. The PSU football stadium is only 2.5 miles away. We are tucked perfectly away from the hustle and noise of downtown, yet close enough for convenience.
