WHY I AM LEASING I am moving in with my friend and need to find someone to start a new lease at my old apartment. I will offer you $750 as a concession if you can sign the lease by November 14th (this Saturday). The concession will decrease to $500 if someone can sign a lease by November 21st (next Saturday). UNIT INFORMATION The lease will be between you and Wilshire Vermont Station. The current monthly rent is $2,008 as of November 8th. The rent amount may fluctuate at anytime so please ask me for an update if you are interested. Parking is included in the rent. Unit includes washer/dryer and there are commercial-grade washer/dryers available as well. This unit is one of the better ones at Wilshire Vermont Station as it is recently renovated with hardwood flooring, great appliances and cabinets and plenty of light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The unit faces north (with slight views of the Hollywood sign) with direct view of the pool. AMENITIES The building includes a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, yoga center (with free yoga classes every 2 weeks), commercial laundry facility, gated garage parking (reserved space), resident library, doorman (that accepts packages). The 1st floor also has plenty of essential retail, including Chipotle, UPS Store, Chase Bank, Coffee Bean & Tea, Gamestop, T-Mobile, Subway, Yogurtland. The building is also directly on top of the Metro Redline.
