Guests have access to the fitness center and laundry facility. Onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Certified service animals are allowed, with breed and pet restrictions subject to building management approval. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking if authorized. A one-pet-per-apartment limit applies, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking. Enjoy convenient access to the building's fitness center and laundry facility. Onsite parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited at this property, including balconies, patios, and all common and outdoor areas, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests must observe quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Each apartment has a maximum occupancy limit. Mail cannot be received at this address. All vehicles parked on the premises are at the owner's risk. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft caused by them or their visitors, with potential charges up to 120 percent of the repair or replacement costs. Identity verification, including a government-issued photo ID and background check, is required. The apartment is for residential purposes only and cannot be used for any unlawful or illegal purpose. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out without permission will incur a $25 fee. Guests will be charged for any lost or unreturned fobs, keys, or parking passes, with a replacement fee of up to $450 per item. Infestations will result in charges for all necessary costs to address them.
