The space has a full kitchen with essentials and amenities that include stainless steel appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, as well as kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. The master bedroom includes a smart TV with streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube free of charge. The living room is very comfy with a beautiful entertainment center, a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, and a super comfy sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 at night. Sleeping arrangements consist of 7 full beds and a sofa bed. If you would like to use the hot tub or heating for the pool, there is a $100 per day extra fee for pool heating, which is not included with your reservation. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location. The garage is not accessible to guests and is for use by the owner for storage of personal belongings. Guests have full access to the home with the exception of access to 3 closets and the 2-car garage. Parking is in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. The indoor fireplace is not for guest use, and if you are caught using the fireplace, you will be fined $500. There is a noise policy in place: guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; violating this rule will result in police being called and immediate termination of the contract.
