The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and a $250 fee per day will be charged if violated. Pets are welcome with a fee, and breed restrictions may apply. No parties are allowed, and a noise monitoring device is in place. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. The garage is not available for guest use, but parking is available in front of it. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet to avoid a $200 plumbing fee.
