The adorable decor and modern amenities ensure a comfortable stay, while good Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per day, with a maximum of two pets. The guest house may be occupied unless you rent the entire bungalow, and the yard for pups and laundry building may be shared. Situated in Holly Hill, you are minutes from all the action of Daytona Beach, including the track, nightlife, and local dining. Cross the bridge two blocks away to drive onto the beachside, where you can actually drive on the beach, tide permitting. A car, motorcycle, Jeep, bicycle, or other form of transportation is recommended to fully enjoy this fun beach town. No smoking inside the house or near the house with doors or windows open. Any indication of smoking inside or near a room where smoke smell can get in will result in eviction and forfeiture of amounts paid. No tampering with fire extinguishers or smoke detectors. No parties, drugs, or underage drinking are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am, and guests must interact kindly with neighbors. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival.
