The spacious living area is thoughtfully designed with plush seating, a 55” Smart 4K TV, and elegant décor. Fast WiFi (300+ Mbps) is perfect for streaming, remote work, or video calls. Enjoy a smart TV with streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max (login required). Self check-in is available with a keyless smart lock for a seamless arrival. A dedicated work station with a standing desk is perfect for remote work. Relax on your private balcony or patio, a tranquil outdoor space to unwind. In-unit washer and dryer with energy-efficient laundry appliances are provided (detergent included). Private garage parking and driveway are available, accommodating only one car. We welcome up to two pets per reservation, each weighing under 35 lbs. A fee of $49 per pet is charged for stays of 1–6 nights, with additional charges for longer stays. For pets over 35 lbs, a one-time $49 large pet fee applies for one pet, and $95 for two larger pets. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, this property places you within minutes of top attractions, dining, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place Science, Carowinds Amusement Park, Billy Graham Library, and the U.S. National Whitewater Center, all just a short drive away. Public transit and ride shares are readily available, offering quick access to Uber, Lyft, and local transit. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete our identity verification process prior to check-in. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 18–20 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. Some units may require downloading a mobile app for Bluetooth access. Guests are expected to follow the instructions provided in the Guest Portal specific to their unit. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance, one-strike policy. Any violation of our core rules will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. No warnings will be issued. Mail or packages may not be delivered directly to the unit under any circumstances. We do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Guests are encouraged to use Amazon Lockers, UPS Stores, or other local pickup locations to receive deliveries during their stay. We do not offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Guests must make independent arrangements for luggage storage if needed. Any early arrivals or late departures without prior approval will be considered trespassing and may result in fines or police involvement. All units are cleaned and turned over on the same day of guest checkout to accommodate incoming reservations. Guests must vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time. Unauthorized late checkouts are considered trespassing and may result in additional charges or police involvement. If you require a late checkout, it must be requested and approved in advance. Failure to vacate on time disrupts operations and may result in immediate removal. All guests agree that the unit is to be used strictly for short-term, transient lodging only. These are not residential rentals and are not intended for permanent use. Guests must have and maintain a separate primary residence elsewhere. If we suspect a guest is attempting to use the property for residential purposes, we may require proof of residence and reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without refund. Upon booking, the primary guest will receive access to a custom Guest Portal. This portal houses everything related to the reservation, including required identity verification, signing of the rental agreement, smart lock access, house manual, check-in and check-out instructions, and a local area guide with restaurant, shopping, and activity recommendations. Guests are expected to review the Guest Portal in full prior to arrival, as it contains critical information necessary for their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and rules listed above. These rules are in place to ensure a respectful, secure, and enjoyable environment for every guest and neighbor. If you have any questions before or during your stay, our team is here to help. The apartment includes a dedicated work station with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast WiFi (300+ Mbps) is available, ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls.
