Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $100 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), and for any undisclosed pet, a $500 charge will apply. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
