Scummy Landlords

Original landlord sold the property to a management corporation and they were completely useless in getting things repaired and fixed. When I had moved out I had sent them a signed agreement that I would only pay half a months rent and left the property in pristine condition. Corporation took half of my security without reason and it wasn't until I threatened legal action and showed evidence that I left no damage that they relented and gave me my back my deposit. The area also has a massive homeless population that have harassed and attacked the property with vandalism and trespassing despite security gates. Not to mention the obnoxious and loud businesses next door.
