About This Property

One of 20 Town homes in a private town home community. In the center of the community is a private, gated, landscaped plaza elevated one story above the street, providing a great socializing and BBQ venue. To apply we require 1st month's rent along with a nonrefundable $65 application fee. Everyone who will be living in the location must apply who is over the age of 18 years old. All occupants must be on the lease. Once your application is accepted a lease will be provided to you to review. To secure the home, we require payment of 1st month's rent. 1st month's rent is nonrefundable. Prior to move in, last month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent are due. Along with the monthly water fee and any parking/pet fee should it apply. Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400 and Dog fee is $750 one time, nonrefundable.
