This charming apartment is located in the gorgeous Pendleton neighborhood, just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife OTR has to offer. The Bedroom features a king-size bed and a day bed, perfect for lounging under the dramatic skylight. The living room couch is comfortable and large, and an air mattress can be provided for additional guests upon request. The bathroom boasts a private WC, a glamorous clawfoot tub, and a separate oversized shower. The kitchen is equipped with a full oven and range, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, and bar-height seating for five. The kitchen and living room share one large space with herringbone wood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light. Guests can enjoy a complimentary cocktail at Bar Saeso's Cantina upon arrival. Cold drinks are available for purchase in the refrigerator for easy access. Located in the heart of downtown Cincinnati's Pendleton neighborhood, The Carriage House is just steps from all the entertainment and nightlife OTR has to offer, with plenty of historical Italianette charm. You can walk almost anywhere in OTR from this location, and the streetcar has a stop just a block and a half away on Main Street. Guests should be aware that Bar Saeso's patio is busy and plays music during operating hours, but closes at 10:00 pm to allow for a quiet late evening. Parents may find the proximity to Bar Saeso and the lively patio environment unsuitable for children. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violating this policy may result in prosecution for criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am; amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking and flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in reservation termination without refund. A security deposit hold of $300 - $500 may be collected. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Pet hair cleanup will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Stains on carpets or linens will incur a $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace. Smoking indoors will result in a $300 cleaning fee. Unreturned keys will incur a $170 re-keying fee. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, or "trashed" will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee. If security/fire department/police fees or other costs arise from guest behavior, the guest will be billed the cost, with a minimum security fee of $150.
