Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Livestock, farm animals, and poisonous, venomous, dangerous, or exotic animals are prohibited. Pet Administration Fee: If you have a pet, you will be required to pay a $150.00 Pet Administrative Fee for the first pet and $75 per pet for each additional pet upon move-in. This is a one-time fee. In addition to this fee, you will also have monthly pet admin fees per pet depending on your pets paw score. Utilities: Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water (Where applicable) Pool Maintenance Fee: $165 per month pool maintenance fee will be added to any home with a pool. The security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however standard security deposit equals one month's rent.
