We have loved living at The Brittany's - management has been wonderful, and our end unit has a beautiful view out the bay windows over a field. Located right next to a walking trail, on a quiet street. Located close to bus routes, it's about a 15 minute commute by bus to downtown. Neighbors are great! We decided to buy a home, and need to get out of our contract early, so we are looking for someone who wants to live in our particular unit. Utilities are not included in rent. Management requires that you sign a new contract for one year. After one year you are given the option to renew with a shorter term lease. We are willing to pay the $600 rental deposit fee for someone who is approved and moves into our apartment sometime in February.
