About This Property

This nice duplex located in the heart of the Denver Highlands Neighborhood was remodeled in 2014. The unit features 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a stacked washer/dryer inside the unit. The unit comes with a small fenced outdoor space for pets. There is abundant on-street parking as well for your friends and family. Two pets are allowed with some size and breed restrictions. Call for details. There are no extra charges for approved pets. Rent is $1,845 per month with $1,000 security deposit. This unit has new carpet tile floors and it just received a fresh coat of paint. We provide outdoor maintenance and a 24/7 maintenance hotline for repair requests or emergencies indoors. Owner pays for water and sewer, and trash and recycling through the City of Denver. Tenant pays for the gas and electricity and arranges for their own tv, phone, and internet. Tenant provides for their own snow removal. Owner provides a snow shovel, etc. Application fee is $20 per person. Applicants are screened based on credit, income, rental reference, and criminal.
