North Beacon Hill is one of Seattle's most diverse, vibrant, and scenic neighborhoods, sitting on top of a hill which provides visitors and residents alike the opportunity to experience some of the most captivating snapshots of Washington's natural and man-made attractions, including Lake Washington, the Olympics, Cascades, Mt. Rainier, the Duwamish River, Seattle and Bellevue city views. Downtown Seattle is less than 3 miles away, I5 is minutes away, and I90 is minutes away leaving the Eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and more) right at your back door. With a walk score of 85, this area is very walkable, with a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks all within a few minutes walk or drive. With a Bike Score of 93, this area is also a "Biker's Paradise". Public transportation is readily available, the light rail is right around the corner and runs every 6, 10, or 15 minutes depending on the time of day, and buses will take you directly to Downtown Seattle or to First Hill/Broadway where many hospitals and the Capitol Hill District is located. Neighborhood enforced quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am daily, no loud music, voices, or any other loud noises allowed during quiet hours. No smoking of any substance is allowed at any time on the property or within 20 feet from any windows or doors, all windows and/or doors must be closed when smoking nearby the unit, a $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent, any approved visitors must vacate the property by 10 pm each day, visitors present between 10 pm - 6 am will be counted as overnight guests and charged accordingly: Disclosed Guests (Prior Notice Given): $15/Night/Guest over 2 years old and Undisclosed Guests: $40/Night/Guest over 2 years old. Unauthorized parties and/or events will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. The maximum number of occupants in the unit is 4 guests at all times. Please do not tamper with any security devices on the premises (inside or out), doing so, can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm, unless discussed in advance, and check-out is before 11 am, unless discussed in advance. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs without prior authorization is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. No unregistered animals will be allowed on the property at any time. Lost or non-return of building fob = $250/fob, lost or non-return of garage remote = $300/remote, and lost or non-return of parking pass = $100.
