Great location just a block to the Cleveland Park metro, off street parking space(s), renovated two years ago, hardwoods on 1st/2nd floor, pet friendly, CAC, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, carpet in basement. Fireplace. Wired for cable and FIOS. Extra storage in basement and kitchen. You pay all utilities. Current group has been there for two years. We are a bit flexible on move-in date.
