Approved applicants can resubmit credit information if credit score is improved to 640+. *Co-Signers will not be considered to fulfill any qualification requirement. *No more than 3 unrelated parties are allowed. * Unrelated parties over the age of 18 (roommates) must qualify separately with an income of at least two times (2x) rent for EACH roommate, e.g., two (2) roommates must have a combined income of four times (4x) the monthly rent.
