Ample on street parking and close to Trax. Come experience urban living at its finest. Resident is responsible for renter’s insurance & all utilities including: -$80 per month for Water, Sewer, Trash & Hot Water -$20 per month for Common Area Maintenance -$65 per month for 150 MBPS High-Speed Internet (30% off retail and includes modem). -$11 per month utility billing fee -$80 storage unit (optional) -Gas and Electric will be billed based on usage Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum.
