Living room, dining room, large gas kitchen with granite countertops, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, spiral stairway to master bed and bath. French doors throughout. Both bathrooms have clawfoot slipper tubs with marble floors. Master bath has a separate shower enclosure. The back yard is fully enclosed with privacy fence. There is a 10x10' loft building that is perfect for a home office, TV room or storage (there is no running water). The house is equipped with TOCA security alarm system including smoke, fire and CO. Zoned central air & heat. Ceilings are approximately 14' high. Beautiful stained glass throughout. Pets are welcome. Damage/Security deposit is $3000 and a $250 pet deposit. Smoking inside of the house is not allowed. AirBnB and similar short term rental is strictly forbidden.
