Situated in the beautiful tree-lined Oaks neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 35 minutes to DFW airport, and just a few minutes from the I-30. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and fascinating history. Just a 6-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 17 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 20 minutes away. There’s also not one, but two water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 18 minutes away and Surf and Swim is only 9 minutes away. Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away from our home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 4 will be opened for groups of 7+ guests. Only registered guests will be allowed on the property. A noise alert device has been installed in our home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
