About This Property

PRIVATE ROOM / BATHROOM - This property is located in a great area near Timberline and Drake, as well as close to shops, restaurants, and recreational trails. We are renting out an unfurnished, private bedroom with its own attached, private bathroom. Utilities, internet, laundry, common shared spaces, and a garage parking space are included in the rent. We have two spaces available to rent. Pictures 1-3 show the first bedroom & bathroom. Pictures 4-6 show the second bedroom & bathroom. One of the landlords will be occupying the 3rd bedroom (separate basement space) occasionally. No pets, no smoking, no parties. Please email for more details and with any questions you may have!
