Land lord is terrible doesn’t care and other tenants are dirty scum
First time looking at it we loved it. We soon realized why is was empty. When we first moved in the floors and house was filthy. The upstairs tenants stomp everyday and when you bring it up to the land lord she doesn’t do anything about it cause she’s best buds with the other tenants. Other tenants try to get in your face and they will charge after your pregnant wife once again landlord didn’t do anything about it instead immediately took their side and tried kicking us out. Make sure you know your laws cause they will try to screw you over. Landlord doesn’t get anyone to shovel or salt the driveway instead expects tenants to do it. We had two really bad snow storms since living here and I (the tenant) had to shovel it myself after days of it not being touched just so I can go to work. It says it’s smoke free area but again land lord is best buds with the other tenants so when they smoke it’s completely okay just can’t be you. Other tenant tries to park his motorcycle in front of YOUR front porch. The washer and dryer they have absolutely suck have to spend 10 bucks each load just for your clothes to still be wet. Land lord also talks to other tenants about your personal information behind your back. This is not a place for anyone to live. This place should be demolished and the landlord should never be able to run a place like this again. Just terrible. Just to add on to everything the place is infested with ants
