This home is perfect for family vacations, team retreats, and group getaways. This 4-bedroom townhome features a spacious open layout with a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed, and a loft area includes another queen bed. The home offers 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and a private deck for relaxing. Entertainment options include table tennis, giant Jenga, and Uno. Guests have access to a nearby outdoor pickleball court within walking distance, and paddles and a portable net are provided. Garage parking is available. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $100 per pet. This modern, amenity-packed neighborhood is nestled just minutes from I-88. It showcases stylish, newly built townhomes and fantastic shared features. While it’s mostly car-dependent, the area is close to scenic parks, forest preserves, and Metra stations for an easy trip to downtown Chicago. The area offers quick access to I-88, making it convenient for commuting by car. Metra stations in nearby Wheaton and Winfield provide train service to downtown Chicago in about 30–45 minutes. The area is bike-friendly and has access to nearby parks and trails for more active travel. For any stay of 10 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is mandatory and will be scheduled. Guests staying 21 nights or more will also receive complimentary cleanings every 14 days. A maximum of 10 guests is allowed, including children. Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property; smoking must take place at least 30 feet away from the building. If smoking occurs indoors, extra cleaning fees may apply (starting around $250). Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Alcohol consumption must remain indoors. Please keep patios, driveways, and shared spaces clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine. Grilling or BBQ is not permitted.
