I have been staying here since October, the first week I was here window fell out, so this made my room cold. I reached out to the landlord she said it would be 7 weeks out, more than 7 weeks passed, window came but they didn't have a latter to put the window in. November comes I hear, "come out with your hands up we have the building surrounded!" task force and us Marshals then let off a flash grenade, guess what she still allowed both parties to continue to live here. It gets better Feb or March comes I see a mice I complain she stated your the only tenant complaining of this issue, mind you the tenant downstairs has already told me her house is infested and she has a large hole behind her couch that their living in. Maintenance man comes seals up the holes and bring mice traps did that stop them no they got smart hid in my shoe closet fucked up my shoes with poop and here's a good one, my son who's 2 bring a live mice on the trap to me. I email her text her to give her a chance to fix it, still no exterminator. Then here comes the roaches, they brought me Bombs basically saying figure it out yourself, roaches got so bad they are in my microwave lol. Gets better health department comes states the place is infested with mice and roaches. Landlord is mad that I refuse to pay may rent and I'm moving. So don't move here!!
