Plenty of closet space is available, and more storage is available upon request. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine from the bistro set on your semi-private balcony off the kitchen. Amenities include all utilities and internet, a smart TV for your own streaming services, and free communal laundry in the basement. A propane grill is available for use. Located one block from City Park and five minutes from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens, this apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's eight blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market, eight minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District, 10 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi, 30 minutes to Red Rocks, and 1 hour and 30 minutes to ski resorts. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke’s, and Rose (5 minutes away), and UC Health University of CO and Children’s Hospital CO (15 minutes away). Free street parking is available; on the immediate block, it's limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. You can apply for a 90-day parking pass to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Check-out time is 10 AM, and failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This apartment is dog friendly, but has a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. A warning will be given for any reported noise disturbances, and additional disturbances will result in eviction from the property without any refund.
