30 Locust Hill

This is building is a rat, mice, and roach infested building. The management doesn't fix anything. I believe they are paying the city of Yonkers to not close the building. The super doesn't work still waiting for work. The elevator was down for 2 weeks people had to walk up the stairs with children in a wheelchair, elderly parents.

It's okay

My apartment building is okay the supa could be better and they do check the apartments thoroughly the rent is okay but if you have a program that helps it's better ( the landlords like programs that pay the tenants rent oppose to people who pay cash )
