About This Property
The apartment is on the first floor and has three rooms with hardwood floors (see pictures) and a small kitchen with a pantry. The back bedroom is small and will not accommodate king. The woodwork is stained and varnished not painted. The apartment has a front porch and is located on a nice quiet street with plenty of street parking. It is about a 15-20 minute to walk to the University of Cincinnati. I do not believe in a lease. This is a rental agreement for 12 months were you are not committed to stay for 12 months. If you move out before 12 months you will lose your deposit however when you eventually leave the apartment you will received most if not all of your deposit back. You must give a 30 day notice, leave the apartment in the same condition at the time of occupancy. I am a person you do not have to fight to get your deposit back. The apartment has its own gas furnace, gas hot water heater and a gas stove in the kitchen. Most apartments are electric. Gas is not as expensive as electric. The basement can be used for storage and has a coin operated washer and gas dryer. Both are shared with the current tenant. Cats are ok but no dogs please. The rent is $600+ gas and electric.
