Appliances include refrigerator, range, disposal and dishwasher, with onsite coin-op laundry. Graduate students (no undergrads) are welcome; smoking is not permitted. One pet 30 lbs. or less is negotiable, $300 pet deposit, half nonrefundable; dog breed restrictions apply. Available now for $1325/mo., which includes a flat fee for gas heat, water, sewer; tenant pays electricity.
