Hi my name is Shaddai and I just wanna say that this place is truly a dream come true! I just moved in my apartment here and I gotta tell ya, that the entire environment is immaculate, and pristine! Ashley was so great at facilitating the process of my move in, and Jordyn was there for me every step of the way to make sure that all of my needs were met. I highly recommend that anyone who wants to be in a clean, friendly, and convenient environment, to move here. It’s the perfect spot because you’ll be living in the heart of where everything happens!

The building is beautiful, apartments are new, you are on the ocean and can walk to everything. However, parking is across the street in a garage. If something happens in that garage, you are quite literally on your own. Virginia Beach clearly has a huge homeless issue so take that into account before you sign a lease here. You will be in the midst of it all, good and bad. I wanted to love it but the safety factor is huge and I just do not feel safe here so I am breaking my lease early to move. It would be an amazing place to live if there was security 24/7 or at least during the overnight hours. Getting stuck in the elevators and having an elevator or two down happens regularly and they are dog friendly however they don’t want dogs using the bathroom near the building so with the safety issue it is quite difficult as a single female.

I have had the absolute pleasure of calling 27 Atlantic Apartments my home for nearly a year now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I stepped foot into this community, I knew I had found something truly special. First and foremost, I must commend the friendly and accommodating staff who have made my experience here truly memorable. The community manager, Kathy, is an exceptional individual who goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel welcomed and valued. Her warmth and dedication have made a significant impact on my overall satisfaction with living here. While the parking situation may not be ideal with it being located across the street, it is a minor inconvenience in comparison to the countless benefits this place offers. The location itself is a dream come true for me and my two beloved dogs, Lucy and Bruno. The proximity to the beach is simply unbeatable, and the joy of taking long walks by the shoreline is something I cherish every day. Additionally, the rooftop fire pit has become one of my favorite spots to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. The breathtaking views and the cozy atmosphere make it the perfect setting for relaxation and socializing. It's the little moments like these that make living at 27 Atlantic Apartments truly exceptional. One aspect of this community that holds a special place in my heart is the lobby's Dorthy Draper decor. Its generous and timeless design reminds me of cherished memories from my childhood trips to The Greenbrier. The attention to detail and the nostalgic ambiance contribute to a feeling of elegance and sophistication that I greatly appreciate. Furthermore, I have been fortunate enough to connect with some incredible neighbors during my time here. The sense of community that exists at 27 Atlantic Apartments is unparalleled. It's heartwarming to have made such meaningful friendships with fellow residents, who have become like an extended family to me. I wholeheartedly recommend 27 Atlantic Apartments to anyone seeking a remarkable living experience. The exceptional staff, the prime location near the beach, and the delightful amenities all contribute to making this place feel like a true home. I am incredibly grateful for my time here and look forward to creating many more beautiful memories in this wonderful community.
