Downstairs has two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms I use as an office. 1 bath, a Kitchen with a laundry room and a living room with a TV. Cable and Internet are included. I am renting the room to 1 person only. No smoking or drinking allowed. Please don't bother to Call if you Smoke anything. That includes Vaping! Household is very quiet and kept clean and I am looking for someone who is considerate and cleans up after themselves and doesn't mind pitching in to keep the common areas clean.
